Most freelancers lose clients with low-effort replies like: “Yes I can help” “I can do this”
That’s dead on arrival.
1. Never reply with half lines. Always give complete value upfront.
2. Speak from the client’s level or ABOVE never below. Show you understand their business first.
3. Explain exactly HOW you’ll fix their problem + the result they’ll get (higher conversions, more sales, etc.).
4. Ask smart questions only when needed and ask them properly (not random scattered stuff).
5. Focus 100% on their problem & your solution. No idle talk.
Clients pay for confidence and clarity, not “yes sir”.
