One thing I want to remember about today
I performed all my prayers exactly on time, which anchored my day and gave me discipline.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
  • Slept: 2:00 am
  • Woke up: 8:30 am
What data will I look up after a month or year?
  • Consistency in performing prayers on time.
  • How well I managed multiple tasks under pressure.
  • My ability to stay disciplined and focused despite challenges.
Reminders
  • No one can waste my time except me.
  • Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Do not overwhelm; use the 2‑minute rule.
  • The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
  • Do not multitask; focus on one big thing each day.

  1. Complete assigned tasks with focus.
  2. Manage multiple requests without losing discipline.
  3. Keep prayers on time.

  • Lose focus due to distractions.
  • Delay prayers.
  • Let stress take over my discipline.

  • Lunch: 3 pm
  • Dinner: 10 pm
