Beginner Intermediate and Advanced

They are all similar in subject and you may be able to move up in some scenarios where you do Beginner but you also can do half of intermediate. These are videos I want you to know about and learn as the have small details or they are my own adaptations that no one else will know. I am working on a curriculum from white to blue ( a real curriculum not garbage) and this is the start of a curriculum based instructional where you can work on these particular moves and I am happy to answer questions and film subsequent instructional if needed.
