Commitment
A leader’s level of commitment is apparent to all, and determines whether the team is successful or not.
It’s not that leaders don’t have good days and bad days. It’s just those bad days don’t affect their level of commitment.
When others see you persevering through adversity, it’s inspirational.
This is applicable at home as well as business!
