Me too! Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Are you developing people?
Do you wanna have a bigger impact on others, possibly your team? When I was younger, I never had a leader I could trust. It seemed like everyone was always out for themselves. Later in life, I decided I wanted to become a different kind of leader. Somebody that I personally would look up to. I realized that one quality that is really helping me do this is relationship building. Get to know the person. Value them for who they are not for what they do for you!

Relationships
God expects us to build relationships. In Prov. 27:17 it says “iron sharpens iron.” How are you strengthening your relationships today?
Commitment
A leader’s level of commitment is apparent to all, and determines whether the team is successful or not. It’s not that leaders don’t have good days and bad days. It’s just those bad days don’t affect their level of commitment. When others see you persevering through adversity, it’s inspirational. This is applicable at home as well as business!

Choose your pain
Good Morning! I heard a great saying the other day! "Choose your pain. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret". No matter the path, there will be pain. Every day we are faced with decisions. The path of discipline is uncomfortable and surely brings pain, however, it is a pain that leads to the results we intend for our lives. The path of turning away from what needs to be done also brings pain. It brings pain of regret, financial instability, and many times, losing control of ours lives. We become slaves to our weaknesses and others. CHOOSE YOUR PAIN
