Free Resources section is live.
This is where I’ll be posting the useful stuff I’m building along the way: - templates - setup guides - calculators - lead research scripts - cleanup / validation workflows - automation breakdowns - tutorials - teardowns - research and findings First resource going up: the free Lead Research Scraper. It will include the ZIP file, tutorial PDF, and Loom setup walkthrough so you can follow it step by step. The goal is to make this a practical free resource vault, not just a place where I talk about LumioForge. If there’s a resource you want me to add next, comment it and I’ll prioritize it.

Start Here is live. More free resources are coming next.
I’ve just set up the first section: Start Here. That section is the simple orientation part: - what this community is - where everything is - how to contact me - how to ask for the free setup map / pilot - how to request future resources - what I’m building with LumioForge Next, I’ll be adding free resources directly into the community. The first resources I’m working on include: - follow-up templates - setup map examples - simple calculators - missed-follow-up checklists - review follow-up templates - lead research scripts - validation / cleanup workflows - automation breakdowns - outreach and landing page teardowns - research and findings around response speed, follow-up, and missed conversations I want this to become a useful free resource vault, not just a place where I talk about the product. Some resources will be simple and practical for roofing companies. Some will be more technical for builders and operators who want to see the workflows behind the scenes. Everything here will stay focused on useful free materials. If there’s something you want included first, comment it and I’ll prioritize it.

Welcome - what I’m building and what I’ll share here
Hey, I’m Roko. I’m building LumioForge, a follow-up system for roofing companies that helps with the part after a homeowner asks for an estimate. The problem I’m focused on is simple: A request comes in, but the team is busy, out on jobs, after hours, or checking too many inboxes. The first reply is late, follow-up gets inconsistent, and the homeowner may already be talking to someone else. LumioForge is starting as an email-first response layer: new request → fast first reply → follow-up if no answer → stop when they reply → clean handoff to the team. I’m currently looking for 2 roofing companies to run a free founding pilot with. But this community is not just about the product. I’ll also share the useful free resources I’m making along the way, including: - follow-up templates - setup maps - simple calculators - outreach breakdowns - lead research scripts - validation / cleanup workflows - workflow tutorials - landing page and cold email teardowns The goal is to make this useful even if you never use LumioForge. First resources I’m planning to share: - roofing estimate follow-up templates - a simple setup map example - the lead research script + setup tutorial - validation / cleanup workflow - a missed-follow-up checklist If you run a roofing company and want the free pilot, comment “pilot” or message me. If you’re here for the free resources, comment what would be most useful first: templates, scripts, setup maps, calculators, or checklists.
