Hey, I’m Roko.
I’m building LumioForge, a follow-up system for roofing companies that helps with the part after a homeowner asks for an estimate.
The problem I’m focused on is simple:
A request comes in, but the team is busy, out on jobs, after hours, or checking too many inboxes. The first reply is late, follow-up gets inconsistent, and the homeowner may already be talking to someone else.
LumioForge is starting as an email-first response layer:
new request → fast first reply → follow-up if no answer → stop when they reply → clean handoff to the team.
I’m currently looking for 2 roofing companies to run a free founding pilot with.
But this community is not just about the product.
I’ll also share the useful free resources I’m making along the way, including:
- follow-up templates
- setup maps
- simple calculators
- outreach breakdowns
- lead research scripts
- validation / cleanup workflows
- workflow tutorials
- landing page and cold email teardowns
The goal is to make this useful even if you never use LumioForge.
