After hundreds of pages of scripts and nearly 150 slides, the pre-recorded lecture portion of the course is finally complete! 🥹 Thank you all for your feedback through emails, texts, and our live sessions. Your insights have helped shape this course into something far better than I could have created on my own. And thank you for your patience throughout this process! A couple of updates: 1. I've changed the course format from week-based to phase-based to better align with the pace and flow of our live sessions. 2. I've updated the Conflict Navigation Checklists based on your feedback and added a new Relationship Repair Checklist as an additional resource. This course has been a tremendous labor of love, and there are a few people I want to thank specifically. To my love, Kevin, thank you for your unwavering belief in me and for being a constant source of love, patience, encouragement, and strength throughout this entire journey. To my dear friend Danielle, thank you for always being there with encouragement, especially during moments of confusion and uncertainty. To my friend Josh, thank you for a friendship that has endured from undergraduate anatomy lab, through medical school, and into this chapter of life. Week 6 Video + Checklist Available NOW!
Hi all <3, Thank you for your patience! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week so far! This week is likely the most content-rich week of the program in terms of skills, concepts, and practical steps covered. It’s also a pivotal week for breaking the push-pull / pursuer–withdrawer/ anxious-avoidant cycle. Please take some time to review the checklists in the Resources section, there is no better time to prepare when we are not in the middle of an activation. As always, I truly appreciate your feedback, so please keep it coming! I also used sound-enhancing software for the final Week 6 video (Engage), please let me know if you feel it actually improved the experience. Thank YOU again!

Updates!
Hi all! I have updated the assignments for Week 2 and Assignment 3 to help us better understand our own values and how they impact our relationships, as well as provide exercises and resources to reprogram core wounds and limiting beliefs that cause so much pain. Starting Week 5, after having learned the context for our relationship dynamics in the previous 4 weeks, we will begin the journey of gaining skills! More videos will be released this week, thank you!
