We’ve officially entered the last 30 days of the year, and what better way to close it out than by leaning into gratitude, intention, and community? First, welcome to all of our new members! We’re so excited you’re here. This space was created for nurses like you — nurses who are prioritizing wellness, growth, purpose, and connection. As we enter this final stretch of 2025, let’s take a collective breath and remind ourselves: ⭐️ Don’t lose sight of your goals.💫 It’s so easy to get “destination frustration” — to romanticize what the future will look like and forget how much beauty and progress is happening right now. You might be in the less glamorous chapter of your comeback season… but you are still becoming. And there is so much to be grateful for in the waiting, in the preparing, in the healing, and in the building. 🌱 Gratitude keeps us grounded. Fall is upon us!
The cold weather is setting in and I’m already over it!! How do you deal with change of seasons when all you want to do is stay home? (I don’t handle it well, and fight against calling in almost daily🤷🏾‍♀️)
It’s Week 3 Ya’ll!!
I have been working so hard over the last two weeks, I didn’t even realize how absent I have been, and for that I apologize ❤️. How is everyone doing? I ballooned up 5 lbs last week and I realized it was because I ran out of my calcium / vitamin D3 supplements. As some of you may know, I’m a Bariatric patient and I had a VSG in 2022. Vitamins are sooo important for mood regulation, even energy levels, metabolism, and fighting cravings! The vitamins have been ordered and I’m back on the healthy bandwagon! Consistency is the most important trait that we can ever learn. Showing up when we don’t feel like it, taking meds that we don’t feel like taking (because they’re good for us), stretching when it hurts, exercising after a long shift. Posting regularly if you’re into content creation. Doing course assignments on a schedule for those of you who are in school. If you should fall off, I challenge you to recognize the shift, acknowledge your needs, and correct it. You owe it to yourself to see the reward that is on the other side of your efforts. ❤️ With that being said, cheers 🥂 to a new week! Tbh, this has been the longest week!! Today I took a nice walk without music or scrolling on my phone. Just a short walk to clear my head and take a break from tasks, schedules etc. it was nice to take in the moments instead of zoning out! Here’s to a getting over the hump with a Happy Wednesday!
