It’s Week 3 Ya’ll!!
I have been working so hard over the last two weeks, I didn’t even realize how absent I have been, and for that I apologize ❤️. How is everyone doing?
I ballooned up 5 lbs last week and I realized it was because I ran out of my calcium / vitamin D3 supplements. As some of you may know, I’m a Bariatric patient and I had a VSG in 2022. Vitamins are sooo important for mood regulation, even energy levels, metabolism, and fighting cravings!
The vitamins have been ordered and I’m back on the healthy bandwagon!
Consistency is the most important trait that we can ever learn. Showing up when we don’t feel like it, taking meds that we don’t feel like taking (because they’re good for us), stretching when it hurts, exercising after a long shift. Posting regularly if you’re into content creation. Doing course assignments on a schedule for those of you who are in school.
If you should fall off, I challenge you to recognize the shift, acknowledge your needs, and correct it.
You owe it to yourself to see the reward that is on the other side of your efforts. ❤️
