In 2026, the one area of my life I’m most ready to transform is how I show up for myself professionally. I’ve spent years being reliable, adaptable, and pouring into others—my family, my teams, my work, and my community. That has built strong results, but it’s also taught me that growth now requires something different. In this next season, I’m ready to be more intentional about alignment: choosing roles, projects, and opportunities that fully reflect my experience, leadership, and values—without shrinking or over-explaining myself. This transformation is about moving from being capable to being strategic; from always saying yes to saying yes with purpose. I’m ready to lead in ways that are sustainable, visible, and impactful—while still honoring who I am and what matters most to me.

I had a blast!!! Welcome newbies!!!!!
It’s Week 3 Ya’ll!!
I have been working so hard over the last two weeks, I didn’t even realize how absent I have been, and for that I apologize ❤️. How is everyone doing? I ballooned up 5 lbs last week and I realized it was because I ran out of my calcium / vitamin D3 supplements. As some of you may know, I’m a Bariatric patient and I had a VSG in 2022. Vitamins are sooo important for mood regulation, even energy levels, metabolism, and fighting cravings! The vitamins have been ordered and I’m back on the healthy bandwagon! Consistency is the most important trait that we can ever learn. Showing up when we don’t feel like it, taking meds that we don’t feel like taking (because they’re good for us), stretching when it hurts, exercising after a long shift. Posting regularly if you’re into content creation. Doing course assignments on a schedule for those of you who are in school. If you should fall off, I challenge you to recognize the shift, acknowledge your needs, and correct it. You owe it to yourself to see the reward that is on the other side of your efforts. ❤️ With that being said, cheers 🥂 to a new week! Between landing in Dallas, catching an Uber attending the Breezy Bowl and climbing the steps in that Globe life Field I feel like I done my part for the whole week! Whew but I made it!!!
