It’s Week 3 Ya’ll!!
I have been working so hard over the last two weeks, I didn’t even realize how absent I have been, and for that I apologize ❤️. How is everyone doing? I ballooned up 5 lbs last week and I realized it was because I ran out of my calcium / vitamin D3 supplements. As some of you may know, I’m a Bariatric patient and I had a VSG in 2022. Vitamins are sooo important for mood regulation, even energy levels, metabolism, and fighting cravings! The vitamins have been ordered and I’m back on the healthy bandwagon! Consistency is the most important trait that we can ever learn. Showing up when we don’t feel like it, taking meds that we don’t feel like taking (because they’re good for us), stretching when it hurts, exercising after a long shift. Posting regularly if you’re into content creation. Doing course assignments on a schedule for those of you who are in school. If you should fall off, I challenge you to recognize the shift, acknowledge your needs, and correct it. You owe it to yourself to see the reward that is on the other side of your efforts. ❤️ With that being said, cheers 🥂 to a new week! Thank you to @Dj Ford and @Kesia Green , Tanika, and Shaye who assisted me last week in creating our promo video for our upcoming Friendsgiving event on Nov. 16!! 🥳🥳 I appreciate you dropping your plans to come help make the content that shows outsiders the feeling and vibe of The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas! 🥳🥳🥳 As always, invite your friends using your referral link found on the “members” tab, let’s build this platform and remember that the path to success is not a race, it’s a marathon! 🏃‍♀️ Show up and be consistent 💪🏾 Happy Monday ya’ll!! It’s Week 1 ya’ll! Our physical activity of the week is 30 min walk 3x a week, let me see you ladies get your walk on! 🚶‍♀️ I worked last night, but I made it happen ❤️ Post your progress, and stay consistent 😉 Where do ya’ll like to walk? My favorite place is Lake Willastein

Hey y’all! I’m Danielle Ford most ppl call me DJ 👋🏾 I’ve been a nurse since 2009, and it’s been quite a journey with lots of growth and stories along the way. When I’m not working, I’m usually with my kids (they definitely keep life interesting!), planning my next trip ✈️, or sneaking in a little retail therapy 🛍️. Excited to hang out here, swap stories, and support each other in this lounge! 💙
