Mind shift
Today is I drove by Tim Hortons, I was a bit hungry and was thinking what could I have instead of thinking calories and weight, my first thought was inflammation, how would I feel if I ate any of those foods? Of course it may not be immediate but two hours from now, my gut will hurt and tomorrow or later today I will ache from head to toe. Not worth it. Thank you, Cindy for shifting my thoughts to choosing to live a life of health and vitality from calories and the scale.
