Getting LookUp Coach running takes a few minutes, and sometimes a step doesn't click.
The short version: a small shortcut on your iPhone runs each time you open an app you've chosen. It gives you a window to use your phone on purpose, then asks you to pause before the next pull. That pause is where the change happens.
