Everyone slips. You pick up the phone without thinking, and an hour disappears. It happens to all of us, and it doesn't erase your progress.
This is the place to talk about it honestly. Not only to confess, but to learn and grow. Every slip carries information: what you were feeling, what time it was, what you might have been avoiding. When we look at those moments together, patterns show up, and patterns can change.
A simple way to share:
- What pulled you in?
- What was happening right before?
- What did you notice?
And when someone else shares, lead with kindness and curiosity. Ask what they noticed. We're all practicing.
