Week 4, Last one in Dahab
Recap of the 3 weeks.
I gave only one Yoga Class of 10.
Saw 7/10 Dahab and it’s ok
I did no wimhof, but I gave total amount of 7 group Sessions this month in the hostel (90 people. Next Level in snorkeling and some free dive. I had an out of everything Date and some mushroom ceremony, stargazing days with my wife. I will probably not go to Mount Sinai. Only 1 out of 5 Spots of the retreat are sold.
Last November Week:
- 2 Group Breathwork session.
- Practicing 7 days in a row Yoga Surya Namaska
- Reading the Alchemy Breathwork book, watching the online Seminar an creating my own approach for CEOs (pitch!). Setting the foundation for December
- Analysing what is most convincing for CEOs for Breathwork to them!
- Filming myself doing Breathwork session in Nature
- Making my own Ocean/Shell instrument for healing sessions.
- Joining a Dance class
- Date Night, Full Body Massage for her (with Happy end if a private room in the hostel is free!) it’s all about her!
- Starting to plan next years Visits and Visas (India, New Zealand, )
- Free Diving with Andreas
- adjustments for selling the retreat.
