I’d love to hear any of your wins for the week. I’ll go first… Doesn’t matter how big or how small. Let’s celebrate progress. Spiking the ball… The last three days, 9 leads, 5 completed applications and one contract from the 9-leads already. Today’s just Wednesday. People are moving. We’ve got to keep asking for the business on every conversation. Also, another place we are winning is the trust in confidence of listing agents. Make sure that you’re doing your Tuesday. Updates throughout the transaction and asking for the business at the end of the call and that you would love to work with them and their clients in the future.

This week: Speed to the Lead. The single biggest reason most LOs lose deals they should win. The number that matters: a lead contacted in under 5 minutes is 21x more likely to qualify than a lead contacted in 30 minutes. Most LOs respond within 4 to 12 hours. The producer who picks up the phone in 5 minutes or less wins almost every dual-shopped lead, every time. The fix isn't more leads. It's a faster way to reach the leads you already have.
