Perfect for anyone who spends long hours working at a desk.
Exercise 1: Door-Pushing Small Circles
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- Extend both arms fully out to the sides, just like you are pushing a heavy door away from you
- Draw tiny circles in the air — keep each circle no bigger than a standard table tennis ball
- Complete 20 circles, then switch direction for another 20 reps
- This movement targets tight trapezius muscles and melts shoulder soreness after long hours of typing
Exercise 2: Straight-Arm Flip & Back Squeeze
- Extend both arms straight out until they are perfectly parallel to the floor, palms facing down.
- Slowly rotate your arms outward, until you feel a gentle squeeze between your shoulder blades
- Hold the squeeze for 2 seconds, then rotate back to the starting position
- Repeat 15 times per set
- This exercise releases deep tension in your neck and upper back, great for breaking up long work calls or document review sessions.
Coach, do it from time to time. 💪
