KRAMER : Well, more bad news, Jerry. You know, the police ➖they found another victim of the Lopper in Riverside Park. I saw the photo, and it looked a lot like you.
You said : it's better to put a long dash ➖ instead of a comma between ( the police and they found ...)
Could you please coach explain me the rule and the meaning ?
BTW I don't have long dash on my keyboard 🙄
