Help ~ How to pronounce 'gone'

Could any Coach tell me how to pronounce the word 'gone'. It's from PIRF453. I know the pronunciation should be 'ow+n', but sometimes there's issue on my vowel, sometimes it seems there's issue on my n sound(like ng). Even though I can hear my pronunciation was strange, I don't know how to correct it. Even though sometimes I made it right according to Coach's instructions, I cannot tell why I was correct. Especially in PIRF453, it followed by the word 'wrong', so tough to say. I think the main reason is because this is a common word, and I have a strong bad habit so far.
