Are you a shots kind of person? Why or why not?
Well, I’d say my body and my mind don’t always agree on this. I used to enjoy having a shot of tequila before bed because I liked the slightly dizzy feeling—it helped me relax and fall asleep more easily.
But in recent years, my stomach has become much more sensitive. Every time I even think about taking tequila out of the fridge, it’s like my stomach is protesting, telling me not to drink it. So I haven’t had any strong alcohol for the past two years.
