This is one of my favorite infused water recipes — and a reminder I need just as much in the winter as in the summer. ❄️
When the weather is cold, our natural thirst signals tend to quiet down. We’re not sweating as much, we’re drinking fewer cold beverages, and before we know it… we’re under-hydrated without realizing it.
But hydration is still doing important work behind the scenes this time of year:• Supporting energy and focus• Aiding digestion and regularity• Helping joints, muscles, and connective tissue• Supporting metabolism and overall vitality
One simple way to make hydration easier (and more enjoyable) is infused water. A little fruit, herbs, or citrus can turn “I know I should drink more water” into “I actually want to drink this.”
