🎯 Own the Topic
I think I finally figured out the strategy behind everything I've been doing for most of my life.
Last night, Renee and I drove to Maryland to film a commercial together. We spent the evening dancing salsa, laughed a lot, and finally made it home after midnight.
By 5:30 this morning, I was back in my black box studio with a cup of coffee, my journal, and a conversation between Michael Burt and Benjamin Hardy playing in the background.
And somewhere in the middle of all that, something clicked.
Benjamin said that strategy is singular.
Not tactics.
Not all the things we do.
Strategy is one thing.
That got me thinking.
What is the strategy of Living Strong Projects?
And this is what came to me:
👉 To own the topic of Living Strong.
👉 To normalize Living Strong.
👉 To help millions of people intentionally live stronger lives.
Suddenly, a lot of things started making sense.
The journals.
The books.
The podcast.
The Living Strong Spotlights.
Supporting families.
Supporting local businesses.
Speaking.
Videos.
Community events.
These are not the strategy.
They are simply vehicles.
Because when I really think about it, the question I've been trying to answer for most of my life is:
"What does it mean to live strong?"
Not just physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
Spiritually.
Relationally.
As husbands and wives.
As parents and grandparents.
As leaders.
As neighbors.
As human beings.
Maybe that's what Living Strong has always been about.
Not creating another program.
Not building another business.
Not becoming famous.
Simply helping people move from merely existing to intentionally living.
And maybe one day, when people hear the words "Living Strong," they won't ask what it means.
Maybe they'll simply say:
"That's a way of life."
☕️ Anyway, those are this morning's notes from my black box studio.
Live strong, my friends.

❓ Reflection:
• What topic are you uniquely called to own?
• What are the vehicles in your life, and what is the deeper strategy behind them?
• What does Living Strong mean to you?
