clarity vs complaining
something i’ve been thinking about and working on a lot lately!!! since @Peter Liciaga spoke about it it has been a constant in my mind! as a mom, i am a work in progress and rewiring my mind is not easy but this concept of finding clarity in what is, and finding a solution and moving on, as opposed to complaining and getting sucked in that action-less spiral, is powerful to me and on my heart!

My Top 3 Tap-Aways for Mindset
Living Strong Is Just a Tap Away My Top 3 Tap-Aways for Mindset Living Strong is not theory for me. It’s daily practice. When people ask me how I stay focused, grounded, and clear — especially with everything I juggle in a day — the answer is simple: I tap into what nourishes me. Here are my top three mindset Tap-Aways. 1. Connection in Person I love tapping into real, face-to-face connection. There’s something powerful about sitting across from a friend at my favorite local spot, Take 5 Cafe, with a good cup of coffee… sometimes a blueberry muffin… sometimes a danish… and just talking about life. No rush. No performance. No agenda. Just sharing. It nourishes my soul. It steadies my spirit. It reminds me that strength is not built alone. Conversation clears the mind in ways scrolling never will. That’s a Tap I protect. 2. My Own Music I love tapping into my music. For years now, I’ve taken journal entries, quotes that hit me, lines I’ve overheard, reflections from hard seasons, and I turn them into lyrics. Sometimes they become full songs. Sometimes just short quips set to a beat that resonates with me. I’ve produced over 100 songs. When I tap into my playlist, it grounds me. It inspires me. It reminds me of the work I’m doing — and how far I’ve come. From a kid in the Bronx… to where I stand today. Music carries memory. Music carries momentum. That’s a Tap that fuels my mindset daily. 3. Guided Meditation at 2PM Every day around 2pm, after my first job and before my second job, I use a guided meditation audio on an app I love. I’ve been doing this for years. It’s not dramatic. It’s disciplined. It creates a reset between worlds. It clears the mental noise. It slows my breath. It recalibrates my focus. That daily Tap has changed my clarity more than almost anything else. Living Strong isn’t about grinding nonstop. It’s about intentional resets. Now I’d love to hear from you. What do you tap into every day that empowers you to live strong?

Clarity changes everything
When you’re clear, your energy shifts. Your decisions get sharper. Your time becomes intentional. When you’re unclear, you drift. And drifting doesn’t feel dangerous… it just slowly pulls you off course. In today’s message, I talk about the difference between building with purpose and drifting without direction — and how to catch it early. If you’ve been feeling busy but not fulfilled, moving but not advancing, this one is for you. Let’s get clear. Let’s Live Strong.

Are You Drifting? | Living Strong Is Just a Tap Away
Hey — I wrote a new song. It’s called “Living Strong Is Just a Tap Away.” And in the song, I talk about something that happens quietly to a lot of good people: Drifting. Not crashing. Not failing. Just… drifting. Drifting is when you stop deciding. You’re busy. You’re responsible. You’re handling life. But you’re not building it. There’s a difference. Drifting is movement without direction. Living on purpose is direction with intention. And that’s where this song came from. The hook says: Living Strong is just a tap away. Tap away. Now let me explain that. “Tap away” is simple — but it means something. It means you can tap a link and join a community. Tap and read a book that challenges you to think. Tap and access tools that help you grow. It means your next step isn’t miles away. It’s one decision away. But “tap away” also means something deeper. It’s tapping your best friend on the shoulder and saying, “Hey… I need to talk.” It’s tapping your own chest and saying, “It’s time.” It’s tapping out of drifting — and tapping into purpose. The video is short. It’s rhythmic. It’s simple. But the message underneath it is serious: Stop drifting. Start deciding. Learn. Practice. Create. So before you watch the video below, ask yourself: Am I drifting through my days… or am I living them on purpose? Do I have vision? Do I have intention? Do I know what I’m building? Because you weren’t designed to float through life. You were designed to build it. The link to the video is below. Watch it. Listen to it. And then decide: Are you drifting… or are you ready to tap into something stronger? Living Strong is just a tap away.
