It’s 5am on a quiet Sunday morning. Coffee in hand. Gratitude in my heart.
Later today, I’ll be hosting a Starlight Express alumni reunion — a gathering of people who once shared a powerful chapter of life together across stages, cities, and countries.
But this reflection isn’t about nostalgia.
It’s about gratitude. About honoring the people, moments, and experiences that shaped us — and asking how they still live inside us today.
In this Coffee & Courage, I share why this reunion matters to me, what we’ll experience together, and why the idea of Living Strong applies to all of us — whether you’ve ever performed on a stage or not.
Because we all have defining chapters.
Moments that taught us discipline, resilience, connection, courage.
And the real question isn’t whether those chapters are over.
It’s how we’re living what we learned.
I invite you to listen with your own life in mind.
Reflection Question:
What is one experience from your past that still guides how you show up today — and how are you honoring it in the life you’re living now?
Thanks for being here.
Living Strong, one moment at a time.
Always.
