I'll start. My go to breakfast lately is 1 whole egg, 4 egg whites, about 40 g of avocado and lately it has been an English muffin with pumpkin butter or jelly. This makes me feel full and energized because right after I eat I head to the gym and get a workout in and feel great for about three hours until I'm hungry again.😃
