This time of year is tough with the cold temps, snow, and hardly any sunshine.
So if your step count feels harder lately, you’re not alone. I feel it too!!
Here’s your reminder:
➡️ The goal isn’t perfection everyday trying to hit 10k
➡️ The goal is consistency
All of these count:
• Short walks
• Treadmill or gym laps
• Mall or store walks
• Extra house laps + chores
• Parking farther away
• Breaking steps into smaller chunks each day
