@Suzzie Woods I used to meditate , om meditation or kriya meditation But after few days I had spiritual attacks also I used to forget to breath during intense meditation, so I took a break and sometimes if I feel so to do I use mantra chanting for one round that's it And you see I'm afraid of meditation there after the mantra chanting meditation is best for me
@Suzzie Woods thank you Suzzie I'll consider what you have said , I'll try it with 2 min practice , as not forcing myself into it
