June 13 Kick Off & Connect Meeting
What went well last month? I have mastered the logging and tracking of water and food that I eat and am staying within the macros allowed. Although I am currently experiencing some health complications, I was able to get appointments with the physicians and completed the tests, meds and protocols which have improved these medical issues. What didn't go well and what improvement on this month? Getting the Mindset and Tactics for movement. The improvement will be to investigate options for movement such as walking or yoga, maybe both. What are your goals? Lose 5 lbs., Identify a movement activity and complete 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes, go to the community and post my updates and offer support/feedback 3 times a week WHY do you want to achieve these goals? The weight loss and movement will improve my health and the posting will afford me engagement in the community. What is currently in your way from achieving them? I am a tracker so I will put the activities on my calendar as a reminder. Scale 1-10, How committed are you to these goals? 10 Scale 1-10, How willing are you to get uncomfortable? 10 but scared At the end of June, what would a successful month look like to you? A successful month would be to complete all of the goals listed above. I would have accomplished losing 5 pounds, identified and completed the movement activity and completed the postings. The wins would be that I completed everything I set out to do. You can push me as hard as you want to. I need from you to check to see if my goals and tactics to achieve these goals are realistic and achievable.
