Goals week 5-20-2024
I decided to continue my goals from last week: Decrease carbs Drink 2-3 keto drinks Keep walking 2 x per week I am doing this with some issues due to grandma responsibilities so until it gets easy, I'll not add more. That way I have a win!

@Mandy Podlesny yes. The community always start with first conversation. Maybe I can get it to change to newest to oldest on my phone. I'll ask my daughter to help.
