For me, it’s been a journey. A long one. I’ve talked about this before—but I want to say it again: the things that used to excite me, the passions I once clung to—they’ve faded. And for a while, that felt like loss. But what it really was… was clarity. I realized I was juggling too many things. Spreading myself too thin. Trying to carry it all instead of focusing on what the universe has clearly placed in my hands: 🧭 This ranch. 🐴 These horses. 🗣 My voice. 🤝 And the people we’re meant to serve. It’s hard. Really hard. We’re severely underfunded. We scrape every month to keep our promises—to the animals and the humans they help heal. Some days, the weight feels unbearable. But here’s the truth: we knew it couldn’t stay this way forever. And now, we’re stepping into something new. We’ve got some incredible things in the works for 2026—things that will make this work sustainable and self-funding. Things that will allow us not only to keep going, but to teach others how to do what we’ve done. There are still obstacles. There are still detours. But the path is finally becoming clear. And that’s the message I want to share today: Don’t give up. Even when it feels like you can’t see the light. Even when the tears won’t stop or the money won’t stretch. Even when the dreams seem too far out of reach. When your life becomes about more than just you—when it becomes about purpose, service, connection—you’ll find your way. One step at a time. I’ve always known I was different. Even as a child, I felt things deeper, saw the world through a lens I couldn’t quite explain — a quiet kind of magic I didn’t yet have words for. I made mistakes. I let the wrong people in. I tried to build something sacred with the wrong energy — and I paid the price for it. But here’s what I know now: That fire didn’t break me. It forged me. Because on the other side of all the struggle and survival… I found her. The woman who won’t give up. The one who was born to be a voice for the horses — and a light for people still walking through their own darkness. The one who finally remembers why she was put on this earth. I’ve stripped away everything that no longer fits. I’ve said no to the distractions. And I’ve surrendered fully — to the divine, to the land, to the work I was always meant to do. ✨ And the vision ahead? It’s too early to share the details — but it’s powerful. It’s purpose-led. It’s going to bring people back to themselves through nature, stillness, healing, and horses. It will serve our community in meaningful ways. And when it works — because it will work — we’ll teach the model to other grassroots nonprofits across the country so they, too, can rise. Because this isn’t just about healing.
