If you have been having difficulty forgiving yourself or replaying a difficult time or decision in your life, it's time to give Yourself Grace ✨️ 👑 and Let Go.
How to let go?
Symbolically, sit up straight (or stand), lift your face to the sky, open your arms out wide stretching from one side to the other and release what you have been holding onto. Say aloud "I am choosing to Let Go"
Literally, take something that you have held on to that you are ready to let go of that reminds you of this heavy burden and Let Go. [In garbage, recycle bin, etc.]
Figuratively, write it out. Put pen to paper and in a comfortable space (set your mood and energy in your environment). Let it out on the paper. A bonus is to rip that ish up afterwards to prevent yourself from revisiting it. Once it's on the paper, release it from your heart and mind.
