Offer x Market Fit
Hey guys, I have a client that I'm running campaigns for that I'm struggling to get good responses with. He has an automation business helping home service pros save time in their ops while acting as a consultant helping them grow. We have campaigns sending about 500-600 cold emails a day to his niche, but haven't even gotten any positive replies yet. Do you think this is an offer / positioning problem? Volume Problem? Market fit problem? Would love some feedback, thanks lads
