For the Include Companies Section - Does this filter...?

Basically I have a list of around 7000 companies' URL and around half are not in my ICP i'm targeting

If I add in the 7000 add companies and add in exlcusionary keywords - will this also filter out the companies that are in the "include company" filter?

For example if I had a trucking company as one of added URLs (jimmystrucking for example) and added truck and trucking as Exclusionary keywords - would jimmys trucking still end up in the leads list or would it be filtered out?
