Credit mismatch
Hey guys Deano here!
Can you point me where I need to go to sort out a listkit order that still shows as processed but is just stuck? I received an email saying this:
Noticed one of your recent exports (Order #2649) failed.
This was due to a bug that was identified and fixed in yesterday's update (v. 2.1.2023.0727).
The team added 1,200 credits back into your account.
The credits are back in my account but when I try and process a new list it only shows 256 I can redeem - can you help!
