Hiring Client Success Manager

Here’s what the role looks like:
✅ Onboard, coach and lead clients to their goals
✅ Help them fix bottlenecks preventing them from getting listings
✅ Help them with technical set up (ads, funnels & CRM)
✅ Host group coaching calls, 1on1 calls and be their support contact through DMs
✅ Renew, upsell and generate referrals from existing clients
We’re at $200k/mo and want to scale to $1m/mo.
We’ve got a CSM already but need a second one since we are growing massively.
