This is something that happens when our Oestrogen is minimal!
Today I went for my bone scan and decided to really take my diagnosis seriously. Because I feel well it’s easy to just forget.
So as from today I am going to share, a bit like journaling.
Everything I am doing to strengthen and keep my bones healthy.
I am researching foods as a body that’s too acid is not good for bone health if you have had that diagnosis.
