When I was first diagnosed with Osteoporosis I was so frightened. Fear of falling, fear of being a hindrance to my loved ones.
Being a Holistic Health Coach, I do lots of research and my research revealed that there’s high risk bone fracture or low risk.
Once I new that the fear disappeared, I researched foods, lifestyle, supplements and so much more. Which I put into action.
Today I am living fear free, strong, energetic with no physical signs of bone decline.
