ASSESS YOUR SQUAT
Usually its not just a strength problem…
It's a positioning problem!
Before you add weight… assess your squat 👇
📸 (Front / Side / Back views)
Here’s what to look for:
⬇️ Depth: Can you hit at least parallel… or preferably even deeper? If not → something’s tight or not doing its job correctly.
🦵 Knees: Tracking over toes—not caving in. Knees push forward = good ankle mobility. Knees collapsing = weak links (usually hips/glutes).
🧍 Chest Position: Chest stays proud—not folding forward. If you’re dumping forward → your body’s compensating.
🧠 Core: Braced and stable—not loose at the bottom. Your core controls the entire movement.
👣 Feet: Stay grounded. No rocking, no collapsing arches. Your foundation matters more than you think.
