Pull-ups aren’t just a “gym flex” — they’re real-world strength. 👉 Pulling yourself up 👉 Climbing 👉 Controlling your body in space 👉 Building your back, shoulders, arms, and grip all at once This is true functional strength. 🔥 Can’t do a pull-up yet? No worries. Got My Flame 🔥🔥🔥
At the start of February I got into Skool. But it wasn't til just over a month ago that I decided to try it out seriously. And for just over a month, I have been active building, active growing, and actively enjoying other communities a lot! 😊 Funny thing.....31 days ago I didn't really know about the flame thing. And I got 8 activities instead of the 10 needed per day 🤦‍♂️So I would have had my flame about a week ago. But either way.....I have it now! Let'sss goooo! 💪
