💪 So what IS functional fitness?
Functional fitness is about training the core movement patterns your body was built to do:
• Push
• Pull
• Squat
• Hinge
• Lunge (single leg)
• Core (spine)
• Locomotion
These show up everywhere — not just in workouts, but in how you move through your day.
Picking things up.
Getting off the floor.
Reaching overhead.
Walking, running, living.
We’re not just chasing a pump… we’re building a body that actually works.
✅ What you start to notice when you train this way
When you consistently train functional patterns, people usually feel:
🔥 Stronger in everyday life
🔥 Looser and more mobile
🔥 More athletic and coordinated
🔥 Fewer random aches and tight spots
🔥 More confident in their movement
