I have been listening to some books that are helping me realize that many of the things that I am doing are right in some areas and not as much in some others.
Always good to read/listen to material that can help one improve.
Today I am thiniing heavily about the idea that small continuous efforts can make a lasting impact.
Little things in the way that you get ready for the day.
The efforts that we make in our workouts are not as important as the things that we do. (Sometimes the warm-up is much more impactful than the "workout" itself.)
The food we choose to eat and more importantly the food that we choose not to eat can significantly improve our health.
And the supplements that we do in all of these areas, while small, will make a difference.
Keep it going, you are doing a lot right.
