Did not post this before and I apologize. This is pretty much a Hindu squat and worth putting into your daily schedule.
My wife said that I look good and barely work out compared to her. I assume part is from the fact that I am a man. Another part of that is that she does not give herself enough credit for the shape that she is in (because she looks fabulous).
And the last part that I believe is worth the whole post. The way you workout matters. The effort that you put in is a huge part. Keep grinding and try a few deep squats.
