If they say they got that body in 15 minutes, they are probably lying.
It's a good start to have that habit, just do not expect massive fast results from a little effort.
It's 100 percent diet and 100 percent exercise.
Find something you like to do and do it often.
Find a few staple meals, with good nutritious food, and have it regularly (I will post more on this later) . And do not over consume.
