Who did actually read the terms of conditions?

I stumbled over this paragraph:

"The Client will permit "Clients On Automation" to include information of video footage on its websites and social media highlighting any benefits which the Client or Client’s business has obtained from the Products and/or Services and in this regard, the Client hereby grants to Clients On Automation a royalty-free, non-exclusive perpetual licence to use any intellectual property rights of the Client for this purpose. "

What does that mean exactly?
