As a trainee coach I am finding myself becoming a hyper thinker but I can see that our clients can get caught up a lot of thinking and over thinking too.
Breathing is always a wonderful starting place and, as a crazy passionate reflexologist, I would add that to the breathing mix too.
What are your go to calming solutions?
