Self Motivated

I realized today that with all my accomplishments (not counting my kids) I had to be my biggest supporter and celebrate these small victories (to others) alone mostly. As a coach our job is to motivate our clients to reach their goals, using the same tactics we use on ourselves. I guess going with what works work. Keep up the great work fellow coaches and if Noone has told you today I'm proud of you. It takes a special person to do this and be selfless. You're changing the world one client at a time.
