Q: who here is a female founder that has experienced burn out / body disconnection?

Im looking at different niches and one is a desire to work with female founders who are body burnt out and wanting a flourishing lifestyle alongside their thriving business which ties into my personal journey..

I have just written this bio to share for websites I am promoting myself on 🥰 would love anyones feedback

Cassandra has dedicated herself to creating an ecosystem of self discovery spaces that gently guide you home to your body and remind you of who you came here to be.

With 10+ years of embodied experience, 500+ hours of training, 1000+ hours of facilitation, and having invested £25,000+ in mentorships for continued growth and personal transformation - Cassandra’s guidance is accompanied by a gentle but courageous clarity.

In 2013 Cassandra experienced a total burnout and her body shut down. Cassandra was ‘diagnosed’ with M.E./CFS - and the Dr's told her she would never recover.

Cassandra chose to not believe this life long prognosis but instead RADICALLY rebuilt the relationship with her body, food, environment and much more! Cassandra experienced her last relapse in June 2015. She is deeply grateful for this profound embodied experience.

Cassandra believes that when you remember your individual significance it neurologically and physiologically opens doorways of activation, these doorways of activation allow for inner discoveries of your unique essence, and when intentionally embodied and integrated into your interior landscape, you then have the tools and resources to rise rooted in your truth, and contribute to the collective.
