Overworking Doesn’t Always Pay
Making myself available all the time does not build freedom. It builds stress. It builds exhaustion. It builds a business that slowly disconnects me from my own life.
What gets me to one level, constant hustling, overworking, always being available is exactly what keeps me from the next.
These days, the next level looks different.
It’s slowing down to speed up.It’s understanding that more effort does not always create more.
Sometimes doing less creates more.
More clarity.More peace.More focus.More presence.More impact.
Now, the next level for me is disciplined, focused work in shorter periods of time and then being fully present with my family when I’m not working.
Success means very little if you are too exhausted to enjoy your life. 😊
