Hello Fellow coaches. I am reaching out to see how you deal with or would deal with no shows to your consultation calls?
I have launched my ad and had a great response of emails. From those emails I have had 5 calls booked. So far out of 4 calls I have had 3 no shows...
Obviously this is a waste of my time in terms of emails, prep and the time spent waiting.
People have suggested that I ask for a refundable deposit however I imagine that this will create more distance between me and getting on a call with potential clients.
What have you found works for you? or is this just all part of being a new coach?
