Nirvana
Whilst reading Vex King’s Healing is the New High, I came across a chapter that explained that in Buddhism Nirvana means Healed, Whole, Free - in that moment it struck me that I was through the other side of my years of trauma & the inner work that I had completed with the help of my coach had given me a brand new start in life. To remind myself of the journey I had it tattooed on my arm so that I always remember the strength resilience & new found peace and joy I have in my world…. Hope you don’t mind the share 🙏
